📄️ Import All Rules
Hazid Engineering Integrity allows you to store your rule in the project and also to store your standards and good engineering practices at a corporate level in the Model Library. This allows you to store rules once and reuse them for all projects.
📄️ Set SmartPlant P&ID Options
Hazid Integrity can use the SmartPlant .sym files to display symbols which have been attributed to Icon mapping to further allow you to determine which models shall be mapped to symbols.
📄️ Changing SmartPlant Site
The site originally displayed upon entry to the Import form is that of the last connected to within SmartPlant P&ID.
📄️ Convert Excel to Data Intermediate
Excel can be imported to Hazid Integrity, but it first needs to be converted into an importable xml format, this is carried out through the Excel to Intermediate Conversion routine.
📄️ Convert ISO 15926
Hazid Integrity can Import ISO15926 files extracted from any intelligent P&ID system that supports the format.
📄️ Convert SPPID to HDX
SPPID files can be converted to HDX, to enable them to be worked on graphically in the Aurelia tool.
📄️ Convert SSK to HDX
Intergraph SmartSketh (SSK) files are drawing files that while not largely intelligent in terms of the equipment and data displayed on them, are in use today.
📄️ Excel Template Creation
Excel files should be templated in order to define the basic location and orientation of their header, footer and data. upon opening the template creator the user will be prompted to select the excel file they wish to template
📄️ Destination
When P&IDs are imported to a project you must set the destination location within the Project where you would wish the P&ID to be stored.
📄️ Icon Mapping Rule Selection
The Icon Mapping Rule Selection allows the user to specify the icon mapping rules they wish to run as part of the import process
📄️ Import Data Intermediate
Data Intermediates are imported via the Data Intermediate Import Interface
📄️ Import DWG
AutoCAD DWG are drawing files that while not largely intelligent in terms of the equipment and data displayed on them, are widely used today.
📄️ Import Hazid XML
Once a ISO15926 XML has been converted to the Hazid XML it can be imported into the system.
📄️ Import HDX
Hazid Data Exchange (HDX) files are used to store and move individaul drawings between projects, where a full database import/export is not required.
📄️ Import Instrument Maps
Instrument maps allow Hazid Integrity to determine the correct functionality of instrumentation present in the P&ID and also whether to treat it as a Safeguard or not.
📄️ Import Data Intermediate Mapping
Data Intermediates need the data points that are beign imported to be mapped in order to import them
📄️ Import Navisworks
Navisworks files are 3D representations of plant, they are imported in the NWD Importer
📄️ Import Options
When Importing or updating P&IDs you have the option of specifying a number of different tasks which can be carried out during the procedure. These options allow the P&ID to be automatically setup, with additional data and rules which will reduce any post import work required to be carried out.
📄️ Import Original Excel Save
The Orignal Excel Save allows the orignal excel to be saved to a specified location
📄️ Import PDS
When importing PDS data the system carries out some important tasks behind the scenes:
📄️ Import Plant Backup
Importing a plant backup to Hazid Framework allows you to compare the reference data of the original plant with the symbols used in currently imported drawings. The All Symbols and Used Symbols SPPID Reports use the plant backup data to display this comparison. The Dashboard Plant Setup Panel and Plant Setup SPPID Report also uses data from the plant backup.
📄️ Import Drawing From SmartPlant
In order to run a Safety Analysis or P&ID Integrity rules within Hazid Integrity there must be drawings present in the Project.
📄️ Import SPEL
When importing SPEL data the system carries out some important tasks behind the scenes:
📄️ Import SPI
When importing SPI data the system carries out some important tasks behind the scenes:
📄️ Import Symbols
The Symbol import is used to import symbol files into Hazid Integrity
📄️ Import/Update P&ID
The first step is to connect to SPID, Hazid will automatically connect to the last site ini you had open in Intergraph Smart PID, the ini can be selected via the Browse button.
📄️ Import Visio
Visio files are intelligent drawing files, commonly used in the FEED proces.
📄️ Import Word
Microsoft word Doucments can be imported into Hazid Integrity
📄️ Model Configuration Rule Selection
The Model Configuration Rule Selection allows the user to specify the model configuration rules they wish to run as part of the import process
📄️ Multi Batch Operations
Multi Batch Operations allows the user to select a pre-defined xml file (or files) of batch operation instructions to be carried out on the drawing(s) as part of the import process. The batch files are created in the drawing cleanup tool
📄️ Post Import
The Post Import options specify any functions you wish to be performed on the imported P&ID after import. These options can help automatically set up your process plant and process model reducing any manual tasks which may need to be ran later.
📄️ Pre Import
Hazid Integrity requires all piperuns to have flow direction in order to fully create the Process Model of your plant. During the construction of a P&ID not all flow directions are entered into the property field for lines. To allow Hazid Integrity to run configuration and safety analysis searches these flow directions must be remapped in order for the model to be constructed.
📄️ Rule Analysis Selection
The Rule Analysis Selection allows the user to specify the rules they wish to run as part of the import process
📄️ Runtime Options
The runtime options relate to the manner in which the drawings are imported:
📄️ Transfer
On the First Import of P&IDs to the project it is recommend that the Transfer Options are selected for each of the items. It is also recommended that the Transfer options are selected on update if there has been significant changes to the Options from within the Model Library.
