Property Mapping

Hazid Integrity imports all SmartPlant P&ID properties from the project as each drawing is imported. By default only properties with data prepopulated will be imported into the system.

If there are specific properties which the user deems mandatory and must be imported regardless of data present or not, these properties can be specified in the Property Mapping as Properties of Interest.

Properties of Interest may also have specialisms allowing Hazid Integrity to use the Property intelligently.

The specialisms are:

  • System - System Properties allow Hazid Integrity to associate SmartPlant P&ID properties with specialist functions such as Instrument mapping or Fluids.
  • Conversion - A number of SmartPlant P&ID properties display united values to the user but are stored only as text values. Hazid Integrity gives you the ability to convert the property value to a united value.

Select Add to add a new Property of Interest.

You can select the Property of Interest by using the drop down or the Browse icon to select from the model tree

Use the drop down to select the specialism, for System see here or for Conversion see here. You may add a target name for the property which you wish Hazid Integrity to use instead. The Target name is automatically propagated with the property name.

Select Ok to close and save the Property of Interest

Select Cancel to close the form and revert the change.
