📄️ Conversion Mapping
Selecting the Conversion specialism allows you to set which SmartPlant P&ID property you wish to convert from a text value to a unite value. To set the conversion for the property select the Property Class you wish to convert to.
📄️ Equipment Port Mapping
Equipment Ports are the nozzles you see on a P&ID. Hazid Integrity translates these to process ports to allow the system to build a process model from the P&IDs. This means that the equipment rather than having single piping points or nozzle numbers know that the process enters and exits the item at certain positions or that some nozzles have a different purpose than others, such as gas or liquid inlets.

The Instrument mapping file shows all instrument maps for the entire project irrespective of the original mapping file imported.

📄️ P&ID Symbol Mapping
Symbol Mapping is used in Hazid Integrity to map a SmartPlant P&ID symbol to a particular equipment item or items knowledge model. This allows Hazid Integrity to build a map of the various different types of equipment present in a plant, and how they are connect to each other. Hazid Integrity uses the knowledge model to determine what P&ID Integrity Rules will be applied to items and to conduct the Safety Analysis on the plant.
📄️ Piperuns Mapping Selection
Hazid Integrity consolidates all piping sections and inline items of piperuns into one mapping line. This allows you to quickly map a large number or minor items. The Piperuns also carry the flow direction for the minor ports. To fully map a P&ID all piperuns must have an active flow direction.
📄️ Piperuns Mapping
Piperuns mapping defines the connectivity between the equipment items. The connectivity allow the Hazid Integrity to propagate deviations from causes to consequences, and also to check the drawings for compliance with relevant engineering standards (as defined in the rules).

Port mapping defines the connectivity between the equipment items. The connectivity allow the Hazid Integrity to propagate deviations from causes to consequences, and also to check the drawings for compliance with relevant engineering standards (as defined in the rules).

Hazid Integrity imports all SmartPlant P&ID properties from the project as each drawing is imported. By default only properties with data filled will be imported to the system.
