Mapping Symbols

Project Mapping allows you to map symbols at any level of the Symbol Tree

Any unique symbol that does not contain a model mapping will be mapped from the first Symbol Group mapping that has an assigned Hazid Integrity Knowledge Model mapping.

To Map a model to either a symbol or symbol group select the desired Symbol or Group from the Symbol tree and the corresponding Model you wish to assign to the symbol or group from the model tree.

Select to assign the mapping. You can also right click on the model and select to assign the mapping.

The Items which are mapped to the symbol or group are displayed in the summary window.

Multiple models may be mapped to one symbol.

You can review a summary of the mapped symbols in the Overview Tab.
