Link SPPID OPCs

OPCs from SPPID that are import with the default attributes that identify them are mapped to their partner OPC via the OPC Connections

If a custom property is defined in SPPID to link OPCs then it can be set in the SPPID OPC linking window

The user needs to enter the attribute that is used to link OPCs in SPPID into the attribute textbox

The diagnostics checkbox is used to turn the diagnostics on or off, when enabled, they are written to the specified location.

The button begins the rule run, clicking exits the window.
