Project Level

There are fifteen different SPPID Reports available on a project level. Some of the reports show the compliance of items (eg. Instruments, Plant Items), others simply list data (eg. Fluid Codes, From-To).

  • Fluid Codes - Displays all of the fluid codes in a project.
  • From-To - Displays the plant item connections based on flow directions.
  • General Scope - Contains details of the project (Name. Code, Description) along with the total number of Areas Units Drawings and Tags present in the project.
  • Inconsistencies - Contains inconsistencies with Severities, Name, Description, Type, Status, items related to the inconsistency and the approval status.
  • Instruments - Displays all of the instruments in a project in a table along with the relevent rule types. The report displays whether the instrument is compliant in each rule type. A "YES" in a cell represents a compliant instrument. A "NO" in a cell represents a non-compliant instrument. The instrument is either compliant or non-compliant depending on the compliance threshold set for the rule type.
  • Loop Tags - Displays all the loop tags in a project in a table. The table contains the instrument codes, equipment, instrument name and drawing associated with each control loop.
  • Materials class Codes - Displays all of the materials class codes in a project.
  • OPCs - Displays all of the OPCs in a project in a table along with the relevant rule types. The report displays whether the OPC is compliant in each rule type. A "YES" in a cell represents a compliant OPC. A "NO" in a cell represents a non-compliant OPC. The OPC is either compliant or non-compliant depending on the compliance threshold set for the rule type.
  • Overall Compliance - Displays a summary of the Overall Compliance of the project. The number of compliant and non-compliant Equipment, Instruments, OPCs and Piping are listed. The Number of Approved and Not Approved inconsistencies are also displayed.
  • Piperuns - This report displays all of the piperuns in a project in a table along with the relevant rule types. The report displays whether the piperun is compliant in each rule type. A "YES" in a cell represents a compliant piperun. A "NO" in a cell represents a non-compliant piperun. The piperun is either compliant or non-compliant depending on the compliance threshold set for the rule type.
  • Plant Hierarchy - Shows the hierarchy from plant name all the way down to the individual items on drawings.
  • Plant Items - Displays all of the plant items in a project in a table along with the relevant rule types. The report displays whether the plant item is compliant in each rule type. A "YES" in a cell represents a compliant plant item. A "NO" in a cell represents a non-compliant plant item. The plant item is either compliant or non-compliant depending on the compliance threshold set for the rule type.
  • Plant Setup - Displays data from the Plant Backup Manifest in a table. The report displays the compliance of the plant backup schema. In order to view this report the plant backup must be imported. See Import Plant Backup.
  • Symbols > All Symbols - Displays a comparison of the all the symbol reference data in the model library with the symbol reference data in the plant backup. The report looks at symbol name, location (folder structure) and edit history to see if any changes have been made. The report shows the number of Additional, Missing, Modified and Unchanged symbols. The symbol paths of all symbols are also listed. In order to view this report the plant backup must be imported. See Import Plant Backup.
  • Symbols > Used Symbols - Displays a comparison of the symbol reference data in the model library with the symbols present in the project. The report looks at symbol name, location (folder structure) and edit history to see if any changes have been made. The report shows the number of Additional, Missing, Modified and Unchanged symbols. The symbol paths of all symbols are also listed.
