SPEL Reports

There are six different SPEL reports available from the Project level.

  • General Scope - Contains details of the project (Name. Code, Description) along with the total number of Areas Units Drawings and Tags present in the project.
  • Overall Compliance - Displays a summary of the Overall Compliance of the project. The number of compliant and non-compliant items are listed.
  • Plant Hierarchy - Shows the hierarchy from plant name all the way down to the individual items on drawings.
  • Plant Setup - Displays data from the Plant Backup Manifest in a table. The report displays the compliance of the plant backup schema.
  • Project Options Settings - Displays data related to the Project Options Settings
  • Single Line Diagrams - Displays the title block info of all Single Line Diagrams

There are three options for each report.

  • View - Displays the report in the Report Viewer
  • Update - Updates the Report. For example if you import an addtional drawing to a project, then to ensure that the latest report includes data from the new drawing you should select Update
  • Export to - Allows you to export the report to an Excel, PDF or Word document
