Action Overview

The Action Overview shows a simple breakdown of the all Actions that you have in your connection,

• Total – The total number of actions in your connection
• New – The Percentage of the total number of actions that have been newly created and not opened by the user that they have been assigned to.
• Open – The Percentage of the total number of actions currently open and in progress by the user that they have been assigned to
• Awaiting Approval – The percentage of the total number of actions that have been completed by their user and set for approval
• Overdue – The percentage of the total number of actions that are still New/Open/Awaiting Approval and have gone beyond their assigned completion date.
• Unassigned – The percentage of the total number of actions that have been created, but do not have a user assigned to them.
