Library Versions

New Library Version

To use a Hazid Model Library within a project it must be versioned. No items will be available to the Project that do not reside in the version of the library it is linked to.

When a Model Library is Versioned it will automatically version any modified models and other data into one global version. The new Models or modified models will have their own version number increased by one. For more Information see Model Version

The Model Library Version form holds all of the information for the current version.

  • New Version - The Version number that will be created in this version of the library
  • Created By - The logged in User who is creating the version
  • Date Created - The Date that the version has been created
  • Comments - Any Comments for the version. This is a mandatory field

Select OK to start the versioning. Any models that require to be versioned along with the library are displayed for your confirmation.

Select Cancel to close the form without making a version.
