User Administration
he User Administration elements allow the Administrator to manage Users, their Departments and User Groups, along with the Access Permissions (to projects and elements of the Framework) for the User/Department/Group
The user management options are as follows
- Departments - The Departments menu allows the administrator to create, delete and amend departments (the top level grouping of users - all users must belong to a Department) within the HAZID Framework
- User Groups - The User Groups menu allows the administrator to create, delete and amend user groups (the second level grouping of users - users from different departments can be in the same user group) within the HAZID Framework
- Users - The Users menu allows the administrator to create delete and amend specific users within the HAZID Framework, Users menu allows the administrator to create unique individual logins for all of the Engineers/Designers who will require access to one or more modules of the HAZID Framework.
