Process Safety Administration
The Process Safety Administration elements allow the Administrator to create and maintain the structures required to perform a Hazard and Operability (HazOp) Study, along with Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Determination, Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Risk Priority Numbering (RPN/iRPN) for Failure Modes and Effectes Analysis (FMEA)
The Process Safety management options are as follows
IRPN - The IRPN menu allows the administrator to define the corporate or client Individual Risk Priority Number criteria for use in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis within the HAZID Framework Process Safety system.
Risk - The Risk menu allows the administrator to define the corporate or client Risk Matrix or Matrices criteria for use in Risk Determination and Ranking within the HAZID Framework Process Safety system
RPN - The RPN menu allows the administrator to define the corporate or client Risk Priority Number criteria for use in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis within the HAZID Framework Process Safety system.
SIL - The SIL menu allows the administrator to define the corporate or client Safety Integrity Level criteria for use in SIL Determination within the HAZID Framework Process Safety system.
